Depending on the department, funds for this type of purchase comes from regular revenues and are not grant related.
| BACKGROUND:
On October 4, 2016 the Board approved a contract with Airgas, Inc. for Compressed Gas Cylinder Rental, Continuing Services. Since that time additional compressed gas cylinders have been identified as used by County staff but are not included in the original contract. Airgas has quoted pricing for the additional cylinders and the pricing is reasonable.
Therefore, staff recommends the Board approve and authorize the Chairman to sign First Amendment with Airgas, Inc.
