BACKGROUND:

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners appoints individuals to serve on boards/committees which have varied functions and responsibilities as well as term lengths. Expired terms for the following members of the Bay County Law Library have occurred.

 

Ben Bollinger

Steven L. Applebaum

Max W. McCord

 

Staff recommends the Board of Commissioners reappoint the above  attorneys to the Bay County Law Library Board with a term to expire  January 1, 2022.
