FINANCIAL IMPACT SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Hurricane loan proceeds are available to fund this project. The County will seek reimbursement from the FEMA/State program. This project will be expended from stormwater capital department 0243-5808306.

BACKGROUND:

The Waterway Marker Storm Repair Project will make permanent repairs to 95 channel markers within 22 water bodies that were damaged and/or destroyed by Hurricane Michael. On June 7, 2019 a request for bids was advertised for the Waterway Marker Storm Repair Project.  On June 19, 2019 a pre-bid meeting was held and the following responses were received and opened on July 8, 2019.

Staff has evaluated the bids and RJ Gorman Marine Construction was the lowest responsible bidder.  Contract attached as Exhibit 1.
