Eligible expenditures will be reimbursed by FEMA.
| BACKGROUND:
Bay County’s roadway network was impacted significantly due to Hurricane Michael. The Roadway Rehabilitation HM – Phase IV project includes 17.96 miles of road segments (Exhibit 1) that have been identified as being eligible for FEMA assistance for repairs. Any non-eligible portion shall be supplemented by surtax resurfacing funding.
On March 25th and April 1st 2022 request for bids for the Roadway Rehabilitation HM Phase IV project was advertised. The following responses were received and opened on May 10, 2022.
