Board authorize Chairman to sign FY 2017/2018 funding contracts for Legal Services of North Florida and C.A.R.E. for services provided to the Bay County Drug Court.

Requesting that the Board adopt a resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2017-2018 Budget.

Board to review and approve the reappointments to the Bay County Law Library Board.

Board; 1) Approve the final plat for Manors of Magnolia Hills Subdivision; and, 2) Authorize staff to record the development performance bond with the Clerk of Court.  (District IV)

Board:  1) Award the Base Bid to GAC Contractors, Inc. for the Webber Rd and Sorrells Rd Stabilization Project in the amount of $1,088,886.00; and authorize the Chairman to execute the contract; and, 2) Authorize contingency and testing funds in the amount of $108,888.60 (10%). (District IV)

Board: 1) Approve the FDOT Utility Work Agreement for reimbursement of the relocation of utilities in the subordinated areas of Phase 1 of the Highway 388 widening and realignment project in the amount of $40,370.00, and 2) Authorize the Chairman to execute the agreement.

Board: 1) Approve the agreement between Bay County and Gulf Power to design the North Bay Reuse Line from the North Bay Waste Water Treatment Facility (WWTF) to the Gulf Power Lansing Smith Plant and 2) Authorize the Chairman to execute the agreement.

Board to approve amendment to Bay County's initial RESTORE Act Direct Component Multi-Year Implementation Plan (MYIP) for the Porter Park Improvement Project and direct staff to transmit the amendment to the U.S. Dept. of the Treasury
